Who we are

1click.run is operated by FullBL. For privacy requests write to dev@fullbl.it.

What we collect

  • Account data when you register (email, password hash, optional display name).
  • Billing profile you provide before checkout (customer type, name or company name, tax code / codice fiscale, VAT number when applicable, postal address, SDI recipient code and/or PEC, optional invoice email). We store this so we can issue Italian electronic invoices.
  • Payment metadata processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; Stripe may show receipts in your account area.
  • Instance and usage data needed to run trials and paid deployments (configuration, status, resource plan, domains).
  • Optional feedback, app suggestions, or “notify me when available” waitlist requests, including any contact email you leave.
  • Technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and operations.
  • Session data needed to keep you logged in and to remember a guest trial.
  • Aggregated analytics about how the site is used (Umami on analytics.fullbl.it; see Cookies and analytics).
  • Form field values submitted to public forms, checked by our spam-protection provider (mosparo).
  • Theme and email-notification preferences you set in your account.

Why we process data

  • To provide the service: launch trials, manage instances, accounts, and support.
  • To process subscriptions and payments.
  • To issue fiscal invoices (including Italian e-invoices via the Sistema di Interscambio) and meet tax/accounting duties.
  • To secure the platform and prevent abuse.
  • To improve the product using analytics and feedback.
  • To meet other legal obligations where they apply.

Processors and sharing

We use infrastructure, DNS, email, payment providers (Stripe), electronic invoicing / SDI tooling when configured, form spam protection (mosparo on captcha.fullbl.it), and privacy-friendly analytics (Umami on analytics.fullbl.it) as needed to run the service. They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal data. Invoice XML may be transmitted to the Italian tax exchange (SDI) as required by law.

Retention

Guest trial data is removed when the trial expires or is deleted. Account preferences and operational data are kept while the account is active. Billing profile and invoice-related records are kept for as long as Italian tax and accounting rules require (typically several years after the last invoice), even if you close the account. Server logs are rotated on a short operational schedule. Spam-protection checks may retain encrypted form snapshots for a short period (typically up to 14 days) on the mosparo host.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR if you are in the EEA/UK), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact dev@fullbl.it. Deletion (“erasure”) cannot remove data we must keep for legal obligations — in particular issued invoices and the minimum billing identity needed to prove them. We can still erase login credentials, preferences, and other data not required for tax retention, and stop using your details for new marketing or new service activity. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Account closure and erasure

You can close your account from Account → Close account (password required). That removes login access and tears down instances. Issued invoices and the minimum billing identity needed for Italian tax retention are kept as required by law. For other privacy requests email dev@fullbl.it.
