Terms of service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
The service
1click.run lets you try and optionally run open-source applications on infrastructure operated by FullBL. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and billing details (including tax identifiers needed for Italian invoicing) and keep them up to date.
Trials
Free trials are time-limited and may be capped (including one concurrent guest trial). Anonymous trial data and instances are deleted when the trial ends. Logged-in trials may be frozen briefly before deletion if you do not continue with a paid plan. Trials are provided as-is for evaluation.
Paid plans
Paid compute and add-ons (such as backups or domains) renew according to the plan you choose. Prices are shown before checkout. Failed renewals may freeze or eventually remove the instance after a grace period. Downgrades and proration follow the billing rules shown in the product at the time of change.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for content, software, and data you store, publish, or process in any trial or paid instance (including content uploaded into catalog apps). We do not pre-screen that content.
- Do not use the service for illegal activity or illegal content under applicable law (including Italy and the EU), including child sexual abuse material, trafficking, fraud, identity theft, or content that infringes intellectual property or other third-party rights.
- Do not host, distribute, or operate malware, phishing, scam sites, spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or other abusive traffic.
- Do not use the service for crypto mining, cryptojacking, or similar resource abuse without our prior written permission.
- Do not attack, scan, probe, or overload our infrastructure or other customers; do not attempt to break out of isolation, access other tenants’ data, or bypass security or quotas.
- Do not resell the raw platform as your own product without a written agreement with us.
Enforcement and reports
We may investigate reports and, at our discretion, suspend, freeze, or permanently remove instances, accounts, domains, or related access—immediately and without prior notice when we reasonably believe these terms, our policies, or the law are violated, or when needed to protect the platform, other users, or third parties. Paid fees are not refunded for removals due to your breach. We may preserve relevant logs and cooperate with competent authorities, and we may report suspected criminal activity when appropriate. Report abuse or illegal content to dev@fullbl.it (include URLs, timestamps, and a short description).
Third-party applications
Catalog apps are third-party open-source software. We provide hosting and automation; we do not control upstream project licenses, security, or feature roadmaps. You are responsible for how you use each app, for licenses of software you install, and for all data and content you put into it.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features, catalog apps, quotas, and pricing may change. We may discontinue beta or free capabilities with reasonable notice when practical.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss inside trial or paid instances beyond what mandatory law requires. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised terms for new activity. Material changes affecting paid customers will be communicated when practical.
